<p><strong>TARTINE CU FICATEI DE PUI TRASI LA TIGAIE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ingrediente pentru o porţie: ficatei de pasare, sare, piper, cimbru, vin alb, ceapa verde, usturoi, aceto balsamico, patrunjel, ciuperci, ulei de masline si ardei gras rosu</li>
<li>Timp de preparare: 15-16 minute</li>
<li>Dificultate: scazuta</li>
<li>Mod de preparare:  Intr-o tigaie puni la calit ceapa verde si ciupercile. In scurt timp adaugi si ficateii cu putin vin alb. Peste pui sare si piper dupa gust. Aproape de final presaram putin patrunjel, aceto balsamico si cimbru. Amestecul din tigaie il pui pe painea prajita unsa cu usturoi si il decorezi cu ardei gras rosu si patrunjel.</li>

<li>Ingrediente pentru o porţie: carne de vita, ceapa, ghimbir proaspat, ciuperci, usturoi, iaurt degresat, coriandru boabe, nucsoara proaspat rasa, cardamu macinat, peperoncino, zahar, curcuma, miere, rucola si rosii in bulion.</li>
<li>Timp de preparare: 12-14 minute</li>
<li>Dificultate: medie</li>
<li>Mod de preparare: La inceput tai ceapa si ciupercile foarte subtire ce apoi le pui in tigaie la calit. Apoi tai marunt usturoiul si ghimbirul. Intr-un mojar pisezi marunt coriandrul. Cand ceapa s-a rumenit putin adaugi coriandru, curcuma, cardamu, nucsoara si zahar in tigaie. Apoi adaugi ardeiul iute (peperoncino), sare si piper. Amesteci bine si apoi pui ghimbirul si usturoiul. In acest timp tai muschiul de vita in feli subtiri si il adaugi peste amestec. Dupa ce totul s-a calit cateva minuteadaugi pulpa de rosii peste amestec. Lasi sa fiarba putin inainte sa adaugi iaurtul (sau smantana lichida dupa preferinte). La final aduci putina dulceata intregii povesti cu putina miere pusa in tigaie. Pentru aspect estetic poti sa pui cateva frunze de rucola in amestec.</li>

<ul>
<li>Ingrediente pentru o porţie: 100 g muschi de vita, salata, un morcov, 2 ciuperci, un castravete, ceapa verde, o rosie, mustar frantuzesc cu boabe, 2 lingurite de miere,ulei de masline extra virgin si doua clatite</li>

<li>Mod de preparare: Muschiuletul de vita il condimentezi avand grija sa nu pui sare si apoi ii rumenesti fiecare parte 2-3 minute pe gratar. Intr-un bol adaugi salata, ciupercile, castravetii, ceapa verde si cele doua rosii. Cruditatile si muschiul de vita le tai cum doresti sa le gasesti in farfurie. Dressingul: cu un tel mic bati mustarul frantuzesc cu boabe, mierea si uleiul extra virgin. Amesteci salata, muschiul si dressingul. La sfarsit poti sa inlocuiesti cu succes painea prajita cu clatite taiate rulouri presarate in farfurie peste salata. </li>
