<p><strong>TARTINE CU FICATEI DE PUI TRASI LA TIGAIE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ingrediente pentru o porţie: ficatei de pasare, sare, piper, cimbru, vin alb, ceapa verde, usturoi, aceto balsamico, patrunjel, ciuperci, ulei de masline si ardei gras rosu</li>
<li>Timp de preparare: 15-16 minute</li>
<li>Dificultate: scazuta</li>
<li>Mod de preparare:  Intr-o tigaie puni la calit ceapa verde si ciupercile. In scurt timp adaugi si ficateii cu putin vin alb. Peste pui sare si piper dupa gust. Aproape de final presaram putin patrunjel, aceto balsamico si cimbru. Amestecul din tigaie il pui pe painea prajita unsa cu usturoi si il decorezi cu ardei gras rosu si patrunjel.</li>

Le lasi la inabusit cateva minute pana cand se deschis si capata o culoare portocalie. Dupa ce scoti midiile din din tigaie poti sa adaugi putin unt in sosul ramas pentru a il ingrosa. Sosul astfel ingrosat il pui peste midii in farfurie. Petru aspect poti sa presari putin patrunjel.</li>

<ul>
<li>Ingrediente pentru o porţie: orez, sos de soia light, usturoi, ulei de masline, ulei de susan, ceapa verde, morcov, ardei gras verde, ardei gras rosu, apio, ardei iute, ghimbir, vin alb, ton si patrunjel</li>
<li>Timp de preparare: 10-12 minute</li>
<li>Dificultate: foarte scazuta</li>
<li>Mod de preparare: Usturoiul, ceapa verde si amestecul de legume le pui la calit putin in tigaie. Stingi amestecul cu putin vin alb.  Adaugi ghimbirul, ardeiul iute si sosul de soia inainte sa pui orezul. Le lasi putin sa isi impreuneze aromele si apoi adaugi tonul. Putin ulei de susan nu strica. Amestecul il lasi foarte putin pe foc (cat sa se incalzeasca putin tonul). La final pentru aspect pune putin de patrunjel tocat peste amestecul asezat frumos in farfurie.</li>

<h3>Frigarui cu pui si ananas</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ingrediente pentru o porţie: piept de pui, mere, portocale, morcovi, ardei gras, ceapa rosie, sos chili, vin alb, orez, mazare, ceapa verde, sos de soia si usturoi</li>
<li>Timp de preparare: 15-16 minute</li>
<li>Dificultate: scazuta</li>
<li>Mod de preparare: Pieptul de pui, merele, portocalele, ardeiul gras si morcovii ii tai fasii. Intr-o tigaie prajesti (in aceasta ordine) ceapa rosie, ardeiul gras, morcovii, puiul, merele si apoi portocalele. Peste acest amestec adaugi sosul de soia si sosul de chili. In alta tigaie calesti putin usturoiul, ceapa verde, mazarea, morcovii (taiati cubulete) si apoi orezul. In ambele tigai eviti prajitul prea mult al ingredientelor adaugand putin vin alb cand este cazul.</li>
<li>Mod de servire: Pe o farfurie intinsa adaugi continutul celor doua tigai avand grija sa nu le amestesci.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3>Salata de cruditati si muschi de vita la gratar</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ingrediente pentru o porţie: 100 g muschi de vita, salata, un morcov, 2 ciuperci, un castravete, ceapa verde, o rosie, mustar frantuzesc cu boabe, 2 lingurite de miere,ulei de masline extra virgin si doua clatite</li>
<li>Timp de preparare: 12-15 minute</li>
<li>Dificultate: foarte scazuta</li>
<li>Mod de preparare: Muschiuletul de vita il condimentezi avand grija sa nu pui sare si apoi ii rumenesti fiecare parte 2-3 minute pe gratar. Intr-un bol adaugi salata, ciupercile, castravetii, ceapa verde si cele doua rosii. Cruditatile si muschiul de vita le tai cum doresti sa le gasesti in farfurie. Dressingul: cu un tel mic bati mustarul frantuzesc cu boabe, mierea si uleiul extra virgin. Amesteci salata, muschiul si dressingul. La sfarsit poti sa inlocuiesti cu succes painea prajita cu clatite taiate rulouri presarate in farfurie peste salata. </li>

<ul>
<li>Ingrediente pentru o porţie: 200 g piept de pui, 2 cartofi fierti, bacon, 5 catei de usturoi, rozmarin, morcov, ardei gras verde, ardei gras rosu, apio, ceapa verde, 2 ciuperci si 20 ml de vin alb  </li>
<li>Timp de preparare: 18-20 minute</li>
<li>Dificultate: scăzută</li>
<li>Mod de preparare: Pieptul de pui il invelesti intr-o folie de plastic si il bati pana atinge grosimea dorita pentru rulou. In acest timp intr-o tigaie incinsa calesti putin compozitia: usturoiul, ardeiul gras, ceapa verde si ciupercile. Stropesti compozitia cu putin vin alb. Cand totul s-a calit bine pui o cantitate moderata de compozitie pe pieptul de pui. Il rulezi si la capat il prinz cu niste scobitori. Ruloul astfel obtinut il pui pe gratar unde il lasi sa se rumeneasca. In timpul acesta te ocupi de garnitura. In aceeasi tigaie in care ai pregatit compozitia pui la prajit usturoiul alaturi de cartofii fierti taiati cubulete peste care presari putin rozmarin. Cand cartofii capata o usoara crusta ii pui pe farfurie. Ruloul de pui il lasi pe foc dupa preferinte tinand cont ca suculenta este asigurata de umplutura.    </li>
