<p><strong>SANDWICH MEDITERANEAN</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ingrediente pentru o porţie: rucola, rosii uscate la soare, masline, ardei iute, capere, usturoi, ulei de masline extra virgin, oregano si aceto balsamico</li>
<li>Timp de preparare: 14-15 minute</li>
<li>Dificultate: scazuta</li>
<li>Mod de preparare: Incepi cu dressingul ce are ca scop sa uneasca toate ingredientele sandwichului. Ulei, piper, sare, aceto balsamico si oregano &#8211; acesta este inceputul dressingului tau. Amesteci bine si apoi adaugi usturoiul, ardeiul iute, rucola, maslinele si rosiile uscate la soare &#8211; toate taiate marunt. Dupa ce totul s-a amestecat bine pui compozitia pe feliile prajite de paine.</li>

<li>Ingrediente pentru o porţie: ciuperci de fag, file de porc, ceapa, coriandru, ardei iute, mustar, mustar cu boabe, unt, smantana lichida, coniac, ulei de masline si ulei de floarea soarelui</li>
<li>Timp de preparare: 13-14 minute</li>
<li>Dificultate: medie</li>
<li>Mod de preparare: Ciupercile alaturi de ceapa feliata le pui la calit putin in ulei de masline. In mojar pisezi putin ardeiul iute cu coriandru si apoi tavalesti fileul in amestecul astfel pisat. Porcul il prajesti in ulei de floarea soarelui. Cand carnea este aproape facuta pui peste ea ciupercile rumenite si putin sos. Sosul il faci intr-o tigaie mica din unt, smantana lichida, mustar clasic si mustar boabe &#8211; totul stins cu putin coniac.</li>

<li>Ingrediente pentru o porţie: orez, sos de soia light, usturoi, ulei de masline, ulei de susan, ceapa verde, morcov, ardei gras verde, ardei gras rosu, apio, ardei iute, ghimbir, vin alb, ton si patrunjel</li>
<li>Timp de preparare: 10-12 minute</li>
<li>Dificultate: foarte scazuta</li>
<li>Mod de preparare: Usturoiul, ceapa verde si amestecul de legume le pui la calit putin in tigaie. Stingi amestecul cu putin vin alb.  Adaugi ghimbirul, ardeiul iute si sosul de soia inainte sa pui orezul. Le lasi putin sa isi impreuneze aromele si apoi adaugi tonul. Putin ulei de susan nu strica. Amestecul il lasi foarte putin pe foc (cat sa se incalzeasca putin tonul). La final pentru aspect pune putin de patrunjel tocat peste amestecul asezat frumos in farfurie.</li>

Dupa gust adaugi si ardei iute ca apoi peste tot aceste amestec sa vii cu sucul de lamaie proaspat stors. Se amesteca bine si se pune pe farfurie. La sfarsit adaugi si tonul din conserva peste salata.</li>

<ul>
<li>Ingrediente pentru o porţie: două mâini de penne uscate, somon afumat &#8211; 80 g, pesmet &#8211; o ceaşcă, usturoi &#8211; 6 căţei, tulpina de telina &#8211; apio &#8211; o tijă, ardei gras rosu &#8211; un sfert, parmezan &#8211; puţi, ras la final, ciuperci &#8211; o bucată, vin alb &#8211; 20 ml, oregano, ulei de măsline, sare, piper si ardei iute.</li>
<li>Timp de preparare: 15- 18 minute</li>
<li>Dificultate: scăzută</li>
<li>Mod de preparare: Fierbi pennele în apă clocotită, cu sare. Intr-o tigaie incinsa prepari pangritata din usturoi calit în ulei de măsline şi pesmet. În momentul in care pesmetul se rumeneşte, opreşti focul şi laşi să se răcească putin. In alta tigaie pregătelti sosul.  Căleşti repede somonul impreuna cu ardeiul gras, ardeiul iute, usturoiul, ciupercile si telina. Stropeşti cu puţin vin alb si apoi pui pennele scurse peste amestec. Laşi foarte puţin pe foc, cât amesteci, apoi adaugi si pangritata. La sfârşit, în farfurie, putin parmezan proaspăt ras.</li>
<li>Mod de servire: calde &#8211; imediat dupa ce au fost facute.</li>
